Sunnyside is a modern cedarwood bungalow, designed on similar lines to the smaller cedarwood lodges. It is situated in a sunny secluded position near the smaller lodges.

It consists of a spacious open-plan Kitchen/Dining Room/Living area, with electric cooker, fridge, sink unit, built-in storage units, immersion water heater, TV and video; Bathroom with bath, w.h.b. and w.c.; Double Bedroom; Twin-Bedded Room and one room with two full length bunks (2' 6" wide). There are built-in wardrobes in all the bedrooms. The garden is secured by a fence with a gated entrance
